We expect normal wear and tear to happen, and ideally items will all be returned in gentle used condition. However, please be advised that additional charges may be incurred if an item with an average retail value of $10 or more is missing or rendered irreparable.
In addition to our Tot-2-Go Kit, all items clearly labeled “Art Materials Set” and “Sensory Dough Set” do not need to be returned.
Yes! In fact, customers will receive 20% OFF their total price when ordering 2 kits or more.

We offer porch pickup/drop-off or local delivery/pickup for an $8 one-way additional fee within a 10-mile radius of Solon, Ohio. Pickup and delivery times will be mutually agreed upon based on the availability of Otter Tots staff.
After finalizing details for your order via email or phone, you will pay with a credit card over the phone or through an online link sent to your email.
When items are returned, they are washed with a detergent solution and sanitized using methods recommended by the United States Environmental Protection Agency (US EPA) .
